General Terms & Conditions (AGB)
1. Scope of Service These terms apply to all workshops, masterclasses, and specifically the Vienna Ballet Intensive hosted by Attitude Studios Vienna. By submitting an application or paying a deposit, the student (or their legal guardian) agrees to these terms.
2. Applications & Placement Check
- Admission to the Vienna Ballet Intensive requires a formal online application.
- Dancers must submit an online video link or email a brief 20-second technique video to contact@attitudestudios.at for a level placement check.
- Attitude Studios reserves the right to determine level placement or deny applications based on safety and professional standards.
3. Payment & Dynamic Fees
- All intensive fees must be paid in accordance with the specified deadlines on the registration invoice to secure a dancer’s placement.
- Travel, accommodation, and personal medical/travel insurance are the sole responsibility of the participant.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy Because spaces are strictly capped and faculty are contracted internationally from the Vienna State Opera and elite global institutions, all registrations are considered final.
- Deposits and tuition fees are non-refundable.
- In the event of a documented medical emergency or injury preventing attendance before the start of the intensive, a partial credit may be issued toward future masterclasses at the absolute discretion of Attitude Studios management.
5. Image Rights & Media Release By participating in the Vienna Ballet Intensive, the student grants Attitude Studios Vienna the absolute right to use photography, video recordings, and audio captured during classes, variations, and rehearsals for promotional, marketing, and archive purposes (including Instagram, website presentation, and print media).
6. Liability & Insurance Ballet training at a professional level carries inherent physical risks. Attitude Studios Vienna, its directors, and guest faculty assume no liability for personal injuries, physical strain, illnesses, or lost property sustained during the intensive. Participants must maintain their own comprehensive health and accident insurance.
