Laura Cristinoiu | Founder & Artistic Director
"Artistry is not an accident; it is architected."
With over 15 years of experience launching and managing international performance arts studios across Bucharest and Vienna, Laura Cristinoiu brings a rare fusion of National Opera prestige and strategic business mastery to the studio. A former professional ballet dancer with the National Opera Bucharest, Laura transitioned from the stage to the studio to redefine how ballet is taught, seen, and experienced.
As the owner of Attitude Ballet Studios Vienna—winner of the prestigious Prestige Award for Ballet School of the Year—her work is defined by an uncompromising commitment to the Vaganova method, infused with a modern understanding of technical discipline and adult empowerment.

The Producer: Full-Cycle Excellence
Laura doesn’t just teach; she builds worlds. From staging full-scale classical ballets to executing complex logistics, she manages the full-cycle production of high-calibre artistic events. Over the last two years alone, she has spearheaded, directed, and designed full costumes for three major professional productions:
-
The Nutcracker (Ballet in II Acts — December 2023, 2024, 2025)
-
Paquita (Grand Pas Gala — June 2024), featuring international soloists from the Vienna State Opera.
-
Don Quixote (Ballet in II Acts — May 2025), coordinating a flawless bridge between professional soloists from the Wiener Staatsoper and studio students.
The International Partner & Pedagogue
As a primary representative for Austria in the Erasmus+ Principal Partner Project: Teachers for SwanZ (2020–2022), Laura collaborated internationally to standardise and advance professional ballet instruction across Europe. She co-authored and published a comprehensive Manual on Teaching Ballet and Dance Technique, and personally led the training and mentorship of 40 dance educators to establish cross-border instructional excellence.
The Strategic Mentor: An Architecture of Confidence
Specialising in both pre-professional development and high-level training, Laura’s signature Vaganova methodology emphasises rigorous technical precision while fostering the psychological safety students need to push past their limits. She believes that every student—whether an elite youth track dancer or a dedicated adult—deserves to be respected and trained as a true artist. Her teaching philosophy is simple: building an "Architecture of Confidence."
Artistry doesn't belong exclusively on a stage. Today, Laura is taking her 15 years of elite artistic direction, costume design, and body language mastery out of the ballet bubble and into the everyday world. Through her upcoming Image Counselling practice, she helps corporate professionals, entrepreneurs, and individuals refine their personal style, master non-verbal communication, and build an authentic public image that commands immediate respect in any room.
