The Ballet Workshop will be carried out in 2 weeks of ballet intensive. 13 - 25 July 2026

 

 

Become part of the international ballet dancing community and train with great Ballet Masters – at Attitude Ballet Studios Vienna in the beautiful city of Vienna.

Students 12+ years old are required to make an application for registering. Please fill in the application form on this page!

We provide high level training for our participants. By request, solo and group variations will be recorded for the students to use further. All participants receive certificates signed by all teachers.

ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

Laura Cristinoiu

In 2010, she founded Attitude Ballet Bucharest. Here, she had the chance to develop new classes and teaching methods for children and adults. Every ballet class she teaches is based on the Vaganova Method, one of the world’s best teaching methods in ballet. In 2019, Attitude Ballet Studios Vienna was founded to become one of the best ballet schools in Austria, gathering exceptional artists and teaching dedicated students.

Liudmila Konovalova

Liudmila Konovalova, Prima Ballerina Wiener Staatsballett, was born in Moscow (Russia). She graduated from Moscow Bolshoi Ballet Academy and joined the Russian State Ballet in 2002. In 2004, she was appointed Principal Dancer and danced the leading roles in „Giselle“, „Don Quixote“, „Schwanensee“, „Dornröschen“, „Der Nussknacker“, „Dance of the Hours” and „Paquita“.

Special Guest Master Teacher

Roman Lazik

Roman Lazik, till September 2022 First Soloist with the Vienna State Ballet, was born in Bratislava (Slovakia) and studied at Eva Jaczova Dance Conservatory from 1989 until 1996. During his studies, he participated in numerous international dance competitions, successfully showcasing the high standards of ballet in Slovakia.

During his career, Roman Lazik has developed into the epitome of a Danseur Noble, interpreting the most important roles of the classical dance repertoire by renowned choreographers Marius Petipa, Rudolf Nureyev, Patrice Bart, Vladimir Malakhov, Ray Barra and Pierre Lacote. He received critical acclaim as Prince Siegfried Swanlake, Duke Albrecht Giselle, Prince Nutcracker, Desire Sleeping Beauty, Jean de Brienne Raymonda, Solor Bayadere, James La Sylphide and Espada Don Quixote. Furthermore, he danced numerous leading roles in the most famous ballet pieces of George Balanchine, Jerome Robbins, Roland Petit, Frederick Ashton, Serge Lifar, Rudi van Dantzig and Harald Lander.

Natalya Kusch

Natalya Kusch was born in Nikopol (Ukraine). She began ballet training at the Opera and Ballet Theatre Dnepropetrovsk (Ukraine). She moved to Austria to continue her study of classical ballet at the Academy Europaballet Austria. Her first engagement as a professional dancer was at the Vienna State Opera Ballet. Manuel Legris appointed her as a Soloist Dancer after her first principal role as Giselle in “Giselle”.

Máire Elizabeth New

International Principal Dancer - Guest Artist

is the first Alaskan graduate of the Bolshoi Ballet Academy. She has danced with the Bolshoi Ballet and worked as a principal dancer throughout Russia, Europe, and the United States with companies including Det Ny Teater (Copenhagen), Moscow Classical Ballet, Astrakhan State Theatre of Opera & Ballet, Samara Academic Theatre of Opera & Ballet, Ido Tadmor Ballet, and Michigan Ballet Theatre.

The Intensive ends with a final presentation. Signed certificates will be handed out at the Performance. Videos and photos can be offered if requested in advance. 

We are kindly asking all participants to submit the application form. The registration process can not proceed without it. Please submit a video link featuring one of the following: a classical variation, centre work, or barre work.

Exceptions to registration can be made for 11-year-old children with excellent technique.
